Being healthy and keep your smile ever
Being healthy |
Healthy food means the types of food which is beneficial to health and required for human nutrition. Healthy food may be natural foods, organic foods, vegetables, etc. To be healthy, we should follow a simple diet list. We all are made very busy nowadays, so a simple guideline may be a great opportunity to make us fit with a healthy life.

Cereals, largely rice, are the main food in Bangladesh. Nearly two-thirds of the daily diet consists of rice, some vegetables, a little number of pulses, and small quantities of fish if and when available. Milk, milk products, and meat are consumed only occasionally and in very small amounts. Fruit consumption is seasonal and includes mainly papaya and banana which are cultivated around the year.

We want to give a simple diet plan for Bangladeshi food. Follow these, be healthy, and keep your smile.
1. Eat a well-balanced diet with a variety of foods at each meal.

Smoking is the damaging our body

Smoking is the damaging our body
Smoking |
Smoking is known to be highly damaging to
physical health, being a major factor in cancer
and heart disease.

smoking is a major risk factor for heart attacks, strokes,
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
(including emphysema and chronic bronchitis ),
and cancer (particularly lung cancer, cancers of
the larynx and mouth, and pancreatic cancer ). It
also causes peripheral vascular disease and
hypertension.

Cigarettes do not just harm the people who
smoke. They also harm the people who are near
cigarettes and breathe smoke. This includes
fetuses (unborn babies still inside their mothers)
and small children. They are breathing second-hand smoke. Second-hand smoke is the smoke
that comes out of the lit end of a cigarette and that
a smoker exhales (breaths out). Second-hand
smoke is also called passive smoke, involuntary
smoke, and environmental tobacco smoke (ETS).
About 53,000 people die from second-hand smoke
every year!!!

About Scabies

About Scabies
Scabies |
History (must need to know)
▪Patients with scabies complain of unremitting itching, an inability to stop scratching, even while being examined.
▪It is uncommon for scabies to present in just one member of a family.
▪Usually, several other members of the family, usually with close contact, especially bed partners, will also be symptomatic.
▪Nodular lesions take the longest to heal or completely resolve.
▪Crusted scabies (thousands of mites) may be the source of epidemic scabies or seen in institutionalized patients.
▪Persistent itching after adequate treatment is due to a prolonged allergic response.

Skin findings:

A linear or curved burrow is the classic lesion of scabies; it is a linear, curved, or S-shaped slightly elevated vesicle or papule up to 1–2 mm wide.

Here's how to get started on the path to weight-loss success:

Here's how to get started on the path to weight-loss success: Weight Loss |
Get physical: Exercise keeps off the weight. “Research shows that people who increase physical activity along with reducing calorie intake will lose more body fat than people who only diet,” says McLaughlin. For confirmation, look at the National Weight Control Registry (NWCR), a database of 4,000 men and women who have lost 30 or more pounds and kept it off. Only 9 percent reached and maintained their weight loss goal without exercise. Most people in the register chose walking as their form of exercise.

Eat breakfast: The most effective diabetes diet includes breakfast. Skipping breakfast can lead to overeating later in the day when you become ravenous. This can sabotage weight-loss plans and cause blood sugar levels to surge. Studies show that eating breakfast, especially if it’s cereal, is associated with better weight loss. A common characteristic among the NWCR participants is that most of them ate breakfast.
